The Commercial Lending Practice Group at
Markus Williams Young & Zimmermann incorporates an experienced legal team
that works together with the firm’s Bankruptcy and Restructuring team to
help banks and other lending institutions work through the complex business
and legal issues that face them in structuring, negotiating, and documenting
a commercial loan transaction. We have represented lenders in a wide variety
of secured and unsecured transactions, including syndicated and
non-syndicated cash flow and asset-based loans, acquisition financings, and
capital expenditure and equipment loans, several involving cross border
collateralization issues.

and unsecured transactions and senior and mezzanine facilities of up to
$125 million in various industries, including an international
e-business integrator, a telecommunications company and a software
engineering firm

credit facilities ranging in size from $80 million to $2.15 billion to
power cooperatives

Represented a national bank in a $125
million unsecured credit facility to a technical ceramic manufacturer
