Thomas H. Keyse concentrates his practice on commercial finance transactions and creditors’ rights law.  He has extensive experience structuring, negotiating and closing secured commercial, agricultural and asset-based loans, factoring transactions, equipment leases and distressed debt acquisitions, and has represented secured creditors, equipment lessors and private equity investors in a wide range of transactional, litigation and bankruptcy matters.
