Keith F. Woods represents banks,
commercial finance companies and other lending
institutions in the structuring, negotiation,
documentation and workout of commercial financing
transactions. Keith has represented lenders for over
twenty years in a wide variety of commercial finance
transactions including working capital lines of credit,
syndicated credit facilities, real estate acquisition
and development loans, letter of credit facilities to
support bond financing, construction loans, loans to
ranchers and farmers, mortgage warehouse lending,
equipment financing, stock secured loans, and corporate
acquisition financing with mezzanine debt.
