- Kelly, et al. v. Central Bank – defended bank in $20 million checking endorsement claim
- Jordan v. Central Bank – defended bank in $10 million claim regarding allegedly improper investments by a fiduciary
- Bank of the West v. Bense, et al. – represented lender in successfully prosecuting claims against borrowers, guarantors, and third party lender concerning lien priority and foreclosure
- Represented appellant in successful Minnesota State Supreme Court appeal resulting in revision of state statutes regarding dram shop notices
- Successfully defended bank in fiduciary role against alleged 10(b)(5) liability
- Successfully resolved hundreds of commercial workout matters for a large regional bank as in-house counsel and as outside counsel
- Represented large regional bank in defending hundreds of claims regarding check endorsement issues, account opening and closing matters, forgery complaints, and other day-to-day operational matters
- Represented large regional bank’s trust department in defending claims related to alleged breach of fiduciary duty
